Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY OF HERZO

HERZO is committed to providing professional and high-quality tools. For instrumental products, we are well aware of the importance of warranty clauses. In order to get a better service experience, you can refer to the following terms of service we can provide.

  • Scope of warranty

This limited warranty applies only to HERZO brand products, including hardware components supplied by HERZO, and firmware required, including tools purchased from HERZO authorized retailers or directly from HERZO's online site.
Specific warranty information can be found in the user's manual for each product. This limited warranty is non-transferable and only applies to direct customers who purchase products from HERZO. For end users or indirect customers, contact your dealer for warranty service.

 

  • Scope of warranty not supported

HERZO is not responsible for warranty when:

(1) The limited warranty period is exceeded.The limited warranty term is 90 days beginning on the date of purchase or order. You must provide a copy of your packing slip or order with the item listed. For details about the warranty period, see the user manual of the product.
(2) This limited warranty shall be void if the tool is abused, negligent, improperly repaired, improperly maintained, modified, dismantled, tampered with, accidentally or otherwise used abnormally, excessively or improperly.

 

  • How to return goods for repair?
    If purchasing from a retailer authorized by the brand, you can contact the retailer; If it is online shopping mall purchase, you can directly contact the online customer service, or email:servis@herzotools.com. Working days, we will reply within 48 hours; Reply within 72 hours on days off.

 

  • Services provided
    We have the right and duty to repair or replace defective products or parts of goods returned to the Company or the Distributor.

 

  • Repair cost
    In the case of products covered by HERZO's warranty, if transportation is required to process a warranty claim, then any such transportation costs are the responsibility of the tool owner and are not responsible for repair costs;
    In the event that damage is not covered by warranty due to improper assembly or maintenance or installation of parts and accessories incompatible with the HERZO Tool, all labor costs and transportation costs for repair services shall be the responsibility of the Tool owner.
