Most sellers on herzotools.com offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
Nonreturnable Products:
Products shipped from herzotools.com, can be returned within 30 days of delivery, with some exceptions:
- We do not accept refunds for goods damaged due to improper handling by consumers.
- For the consumption of grinding disk saw blade products, if you have used, only provide replacement treatment.If the product is damaged/defective on arrival, we can offer a refund for return.
- Products that require customization.
Return Charge:
If the goods are damaged on arrival, we are responsible for return freight.
If the customer does not like it, or does not think it is suitable, or other problems that do not originate from the quality of the product, we accept the return refund, but do not bear the return freight.
Return Requirements:

If you do decide to return the product, it must be in brand new condition, in its original packaging and with all the complimentary accessories.
And you have to return the product within 30 days of buying it.
